摘　　要：目的为进一步提高血管内数字减影血管造影(DSA)介入手术的护理配合质量。方法回顾性分析北京大学深圳医院2017年4月至2019年12月收治的213例DSA介入手术颅内动脉瘤破裂患者的临床护理资料。结果通过围手术期的全方位护理配合,患者手术顺利,无死亡病例;并发症总发生率为9.86%;患者总体满意度95.31%;出院时患者生活质量QOL评分、主观幸福感较入院时明显提高。结论全方位护理配合有助于提高DSA介入手术护理质量、患者满意度及生活质量。Objective To provide the reference for the improvement of nursing cooperation quality in intravascular digital subtraction angiography(DSA)interventional surgery.Methods The clinical nursing data of 213 patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture in Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University from April 2017 to December 2019 were retrospective analyzed.Results Under the care of comprehensive perioperative nursing,the patients were treated with operation successfully with no deaths.And the total incidence of complications was 9.86%.Overall satisfaction was 95.31%.Scores of QOL and subjective happiness increased significantly.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing cooperation is helpful to improve the quality of nursing,which improves the nursing quality,patient satisfaction and life quality of DSA interventional surgery.
