摘　　要：针对目前儿科临床过敏性疾病多发的特点,总结业师从以风为引,易于化热为病因,肺脾不足,本虚标实为病机,提出从肺脾论治儿童过敏性疾病,临床中以审证求因、谨查病机为辨证特点,祛邪扶正,标本兼治为基本法则,以过敏性鼻炎、湿疹、过敏性紫癜3则医案具体应用加以论证。Based on the allergic diseases are prone in present clinical pediatrics,professor Li puts forword the view of wind as the cause,and it easy change to heat,and the cause of lung and spleen deficiency which is a virtual pathogenesis. Put forward from the lung and spleen treatment children allergic disease,the clinical through carefully checking pathogenesis of syndrome differentiation,eliminating pathogenic,and which methods are the basic of law,and with allergic rhinitis,eczema,allergic purpura medical records to specific in-struction.
