蜂针疗法联合塞来昔布治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎疗效、疼痛度及BASF评分观察

摘　　要：目的:评价蜂针疗法联合塞来昔布治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎疗效、疼痛度及BASF评分。方法:选取2019年7月—2020年7月我院收治的74例活动期强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各37例。对照组采用塞来昔布治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用蜂针疗法治疗,对两组疗效、疼痛度及BASF评分进行比较。结果:研究组痊愈率35.13%(13/37),对照组痊愈率27.02%(10/37),研究组临床总有效率94.59%(34/37)比对照组的72.97%(27/37)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ^(2)=6.3656);且研究组VAS评分(2.34±1.01)分比对照组(3.46±1.20)分低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=3.1183;3.2638);研究组BASDA1(3.09±1.25)分与BASF1(3.11±1.10)分均比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=4.3435)。结论:蜂针疗法联合塞来昔布治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎,可减轻疼痛程度,能缓解临床症状,临床效果显著,临床值得推广。Objective:To analyze the curative effect,pain degree and BASF score of active ankylosing spondylitis treated with bee acupuncture therapy combined with celecoxib.Method:A total of 74 patients with active ankylosing spondylitis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were divided into two groups according to a random number table.The control group 37 cases were treated with celecoxib and the37 casesin the study group was treated with bee acupuncture treatmenton the basis ofthe control group,and the therapeutic effect,pain degree and BASF score of the two groups were compared.Results:The cured rate in the study group was 35.13%(13/37),and thecured rate in the control group was 27.02%(10/37),the total clinical effective of the study group was 94.59%(34/37),which was higher than the control group 72.97%(27/37),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,χ^(2)=6.3656);and the VAS score in the study group was(2.34±1.01)points,which was lower than that of the control group(3.46±1.20),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,t=3.1183;3.2638);the score of BASDA1(3.09±1.25)and BASF1(3.11±1.10)in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,t=4.3435).Conclusion:The Bee-needle therapy combined with celecoxib in the treatment of patients with active ankylosing spondylitis can reduce the pain of patients and relieve their clinical symptoms.The clinical effect is significant and it is worthy of clinical application.
