摘  要:针对常规高压脉冲试验电源存在的可移动性差、仅单极性脉冲输出和设备效率低等问题,提出了一种基于双有源桥(dual active bridge, DAB)和Marx电路的试验电源。该拓扑结构采用储能系统供电,试验过程中不需要外部电源接线,可以方便地实现多种场景下的现场试验。同时,试验完成后可由DAB变流器回收Marx电路中的剩余能量,实现一次充电多次试验,提高了试验电源的工作效率;通过复用整流桥,DAB-Marx电路可以输出双极性电压脉冲,拓展试验脉冲电源的测试功能。最后,通过仿真验证了该DAB-Marx电路在充电与能量回收阶段都具有软开关特性,产生的脉冲电压符合相关标准要求。Aiming at the problems of poor mobility, only unipolar pulse output and low equipment efficiency of conventional high-voltage pulse test power supplies, this paper proposes a test power supply based on dual active bridge(DAB) and Marx circuit. It uses an energy storage system for power supply, no external power supply is required, and it can easily implement field tests in a variety of scenarios. At the same time, after the test is completed, the residual energy in the Marx circuit can be recovered by the DAB converter, which can achieve multiple tests with one charge and improve the working efficiency of the test power supply. By multiplexing the rectifier bridge, DAB-Marx circuit can output bipolar voltage pulses, which broadens the test range of DC voltage transformers. Finally, this paper verifies that through simulation,the DAB-Marx circuit has soft switching characteristics during the charging and energy recovery stages, and the pulse voltage generated meets the requirements of relevant standards.
