油脂植物多样性研究综述

摘　　要：随着化石能源短缺和环境问题的突显,能源植物的开发越来越受到重视。油脂植物是能源植物重要的组成部分,掌握本地资源是开发利用的基础工作。植物油脂与人类生活密切相关,植物油脂占全世界总油脂产量的70%。中国油脂植物资源十分丰富,而现阶段大规模开发利用的只有向日葵、大豆、玉米、油橄榄、花生、核桃、油茶等,还有许多优质的野生植物资源有待开发利用。文章介绍了中国主要油脂植物和开发利用现状,总结了有待于开发的油脂植物种类,分析了油脂植物开发利用潜力,提出了其开发利用的对策建议。At present,fossil energy is extremely scarce,the development of energy plants more and more be taken seriously.Oil plants is an important part of energy plants,master the local resources is the basis of the development work.Moreover,plants oil is closely related to human life,plants oil accounted for 70% of the worlds total oil production.Therefore,plants oil is obvious in the position of national economy.The application of plants oil is multifaceted.Plants oil resources in China is rich,but at this stage only large-scale development and utilization of:sunflower oil,soybean oil,com germ oil,olive oil,peanut oil,walnut oil,tea oil,etc.,there are many other resources to the development and utilization of wild vegetable oil quality.The development and utilization status of the main oil plants in China was introduced in this paper,the types of oil plants to be developed were summarized and the development and utilization potential of oil plants was analyzed,and some countermeasures and suggestions for their development and utilization were put forward.
