摘  要:采用自制试验装置,对无装配缺陷的和铁帽、钢脚歪斜、偏心的盘形悬式瓷绝缘子串元件进行振动疲劳试验,以评价装配缺陷对瓷绝缘子劣化及服役可靠性的影响。结果表明,经过振动疲劳试验后,无装配缺陷的瓷绝缘子基本无结构损伤,绝缘电阻>200 GΩ;相反,振动疲劳在存在装配缺陷瓷绝缘子内外水泥胶装层中诱发微裂纹以及胶装层与瓷件界面脱粘,绝缘电阻大幅降低至10 GΩ以下。铁帽、钢脚偏心瓷绝缘子的结构损伤程度较铁帽、钢脚歪斜瓷绝缘子更大,在外胶装层中形成贯穿性的经纬交织的微裂纹,导致其绝缘电阻和机械强度劣化程度更高。装配偏差缺陷对盘形悬式瓷绝缘子的服役可靠性有明显的影响,今后应对瓷绝缘子中铁帽、瓷件及钢脚同轴度进行明确规范。The mechanical vibration fatigue test of the high-voltage porcelain insulators containing the installation defects,i.e.,skewed steel pin and cap and decentered steel cap and pin was operated employing a self-made equipment,in order to evaluate the effects of the installation defects on degradation and service reliability of the porcelain insulators.The results show that after the mechanical vibration fatigue test,the porcelain insulator without installation defect has no inner structural damage and also has an insulation resistance over 200 GΩ.On the contrary,the mechanical vibration fatigue can induce the microcracks in the inner and outer cementing layers and the debonding between the cementing layer and the porcelain of the porcelain insulators containing the installation defects.As a result,the porcelain insulators have an insulation resistance below 10 GΩ.The structural damage of the porcelain insulators containing the decentered steel cap and pin is higher than that of the porcelain insulators containing the skewed steel pin and cap.In the outer cementing layer of the porcelain insulators containing the decentered steel cap,the microcracks interweave with one another penetrate the whole layer,resulting in more serious degradation of the insulation resistance and mechanical strength of the porcelain insulators.It is concluded that the installation defects have a great effect on the service reliability of the disk suspension porcelain insulators.So,the co-axiality of the steel cap,pin and porcelain insulator should be specified quantitatively in the relative standards.
