摘 要:以氧化铝、骨料、黏土及导电碳材料为原料,骨料粒径为0.200μm和1 00μm,烧结温度分别为1 050℃、1 080℃、1 110℃、1 140℃、1 170℃和1 200℃,通过普通烧结的方法,得到两种陶瓷线性电阻,探究烧结温度和骨料粒径对其性能的影响。通过SEM和电测设备对陶瓷线性电阻进行分析。结果表明,升高烧结温度可以降低陶瓷线性电阻的电阻率,对其线性度没有影响。当烧结温度为1 050~1 080℃时,陶瓷线性电阻的综合性能更好。同时减小骨料粒径可以降低陶瓷线性电阻的电阻率以及电阻温度系数的绝对值,并能在1 110℃以上提高其能量密度。The two kinds of ceramics linear resistors were prepared by tradition sintering method with aluminium oxide,aggregate,clay and conductive carbon material as raw materials. Aggregate particle size is 200 μm and 100 μm,respectively sintering temperatures are 1 050 ℃,1 080 ℃,1 110 ℃,1 140 ℃,1170 ℃ and 1 200 ℃ . Two kinds of ceramic linear resistors are obtained by common sintering method,and the effects of sintering temperature and aggregate size on their properties are explored. The ceramic liner resistance was analyzed by SEM and some electrical measuring equipment. The results show that increasing the sintering temperature can reduce the resistivity of the ceramic linear resistors,but has no effect on its linearity. When the sintering temperature is in the range of 1 050—1 080 ℃,the comprehensive performance of the ceramic linear resistors is better. At the same time,reducing the aggregate particle size can reduce the resistivity and absolute value of temperature coefficient of resistance,and increase its energy density above 1 110 ℃.
