摘 要:目的:了解百色市不同职业暴露因素工人肝功能异常状况及影响因素,为制定合理的健康监护和采取有效的防护措施提供科学依据。方法:收集2019年1~12月百色市11 106例职业工人的个人基本资料及肝功能职业健康检查数据,采用SPSS21.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果:11 106例职业工人中男9 043例(81.42%),女2 063例(18.58%),平均(37.37±8.77)岁,接触职业病危害因素工龄中位数为5年,肝功能异常1 013例(9.12%)。多因素分析显示,接害工龄1~9年(OR=1.189,95%CI:1.076~1.561)、接害工龄10~19年(OR=1.461,95%CI:1.121~1.904)、接害工龄≥20年(OR=1.769,95%CI:1.284~2.496),肥胖(OR=1.327,95%CI:1.196~2.048),吸烟(OR=1.745,95%CI:1.489~2.219),饮酒(OR=2.177,95%CI:1.694~3.056),接触锰及其化合物(OR=1.984,95%CI:1.364~3.885)、氟化物(OR=1.439,95%CI:1.255~2.993)、有毒有害气体(OR=1.789,95%CI:1.165~4.057)、苯及苯系物(OR=1.884,95%CI:1.581~4.244)、溶剂汽油(OR=1.488,95%CI:1.256~3.699)与职业工人肝功能异常高风险相关。结论:百色市工人肝功能异常与不良生活方式及职业暴露相关,应针对这些指标制订相应的健康干预措施,同时降低工人职业暴露风险,切实保护劳动者身心健康。objective: To understand the abnormal liver function and influencing factors among workers with different occupational exposure factors in Baise, and provides a scientific basis for formulating reasonable health care and taking effective protective measures. Methods: The personal information and occupational examination data of 11,106 professional workers in Baise in 2019 were collected, and the data was analyzed by using SPSS21.0 statistical software. Results: Among the 11,106 occupational workers, 9,043 were males(81.42%) and 2,063 were females(18.58%), with an average age of(37.37±8.77) years, a median length of employment of 5 years,and a total number of 1,013(9.12%) with abnormal liver function. Multivariate analysis showed that1-9 working years(OR=1.189, 95% CI: 1.076-1.561), 10-19 working years(OR=1.461, 95% CI: 1.121-1.904), and ≥20 working years(OR=1.769, 95% CI:1.284-2.496), obesity(OR=1.327, 95% CI: 1.196-2.048), smoking(OR=1.745, 95% CI: 1.489-2.219), drinking(OR=2.177, 95% CI:1.694-3.056), exposure to manganese and its compounds(OR=1.984, 95% CI:1.364-3.885), fluoride(OR=1.439, 95% CI:1.255-2.993),toxic and harmful gases(OR=1.789, 95% CI: 1.165-4.057), benzene and benzene series(OR=1.884, 95% CI:1.581-4.244), and solvent gasoline(OR=1.488, 95% CI: 1.256-3.699) were associated with a higher risk of abnormal liver function in professional workers. Conclusions: The abnormal liver function of workers in Baise is related to bad lifestyle and occupational exposure. The health supervision of workers should be strengthened to protect the physical and mental health of workers.
