摘  要:本文以某港口码头储油库为背景,根据冷凝吸附组合式油气回收工艺,以提高油气回收效率、降低排放、节省装置能耗为目的对冷凝吸附组合式油气回收装置采用三级冷凝、复叠式制冷及结合闭环反馈恒温控制等方式进行优化设计。同时,对该控制系统基于电气控制原理与工业通讯实现对装置的本地与远程集中控制。在实地使用中测量排放浓度为11.415g/m3,油气回收率为98.80%,优化后装置能耗降低约10%。Based on some oil depots of ports as the background,this paper according to the condensation adsorption combined oil and gas recovery process,to improve the efficiency of oil and gas recovery,reduce emissions,save energy consumption of unit for the purpose of condensation adsorption combined oil and gas recovery unit adopts three-level condensation,cascade refrigeration and combined with a closed-loop feedback in the form of temperature control and optimization design At the same time,the local and remote centralized control of the device is realized based on the electrical control principle and industrial communication.In actual use,the measured emission concentration is 11.415g/m^(3),the oil and gas recovery rate is 98.80%,and the energy consumption of the optimized unit is reduced by about 10%.
