摘  要:针对两级式结构驱动电源效率偏低的问题,设计了一款基于单片机控制的高效率LED驱动电源。我们首先设计了LED驱动电源的硬件电路,包括PFC升压电路及DC/DC降压变换电路。在此基础上,对DC/DC降压变换电路的参数进行了选择。进一步将硬件电路与单片机控制程序结合来提高LED电源效率。最后设计了一台功率为50W的LED样机,实验结果验证了用单片机控制LED驱动电源能有效的将LED电源效率提高到93%以上。In order to solve the low efficiency of two-stage structure driving power supply,a high efficiency LED driving power supply based on MCU control is designed.First,the hardware circuit of LED driver power supply is designed,which includes PFC boost circuit and DC/DC voltage depressed transform circuit.Secondly,the parameters of DC/DC voltage depressed transform circuit are selected.The hardware circuit and MCU control program are combined to improve the efficiency of LED power supply.Finally,a 50W LED prototype is designed and the experimental results show the efficiency of LED power supply can be increased to over 93%,when the LED driving power supply is controlled by MCU.
