摘 要:本文就整体叶轮几何特性,明确叶轮五轴数控铣削加工工艺,基于UG NX软件面向整体叶轮关键部位规划刀具轨迹,通过后置处理器生成数控程序,利用VERICUT软件构建五轴数控铣削加工仿真平台,模拟叶轮加工机床实际运转状况,以优化验证数控程序,详细检查机床碰撞等不良现象。仿真结果表明,基于仿真优化加工可提前预测可能出现的碰撞现象,有助于实时优化铣削加工工艺与数控程序,确保了机床使用安全性与可靠性,且在很大程度上提高了加工效率与水平。Based on the geometric characteristics of the overall impeller,this paper clarifies the five axis NC milling process of the impeller,plans the tool path for the key parts of the overall impeller based on UG NX software,generates the NC program through the post processor,and uses VERICUT software to build a five axis NC milling simulation platform to simulate the actual operation of the impeller machining machine tool,so as to optimize and verify the NC program,check the machine tool collision and other adverse phenomena in detail.The simulation results show that the optimization of machining based on simulation can predict the possible collision phenomenon in advance,help to optimize the milling process and NC program in real time,ensure the safety and reliability of the machine tool,and improve the machining efficiency and level to a great extent.
