摘　　要：目的研究Pender健康促进模式对喉癌术后人工气道患者心理应激状态及生命质量的影响。方法选择2015年4月—2020年4月德阳市人民医院耳鼻喉头颈外科收治的喉癌术后人工气道患者100例。按照随机数字表法分成两组,对照组患者50例,均接受常规干预;观察组患者50例,在常规干预的基础上联合应用Pender健康促进理论指导的干预模式。采用Pender健康生活方式量表、运用社会适应能力诊断表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)抑郁自评量表(SDS)和华盛顿大学生命质量量表(UW-QOL)评估并分析两组患者干预前后的生活方式、适应能力、心理状态及生命质量状况。结果干预后,两组患者的Pender健康生活方式量表、社会适应能力评分、SAS和SDS量表评分、UW-QOL生活质量量表评分均好转,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Pender健康促进模式有助于喉癌术后行人工气道患者建立良好的健康生活方式,缓解患者的不良心理,提高患者的生命质量。Objective To investigate the effects of Pender health promotion mode on psychological stress state and quality of life of patients with artificial airway after laryngeal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with artificial airway after laryngeal cancer operation were randomly divided into two groups:control group(routine intervention)and observation group(routine+Pender theory intervention),with 50 cases for each.The Pender healthy lifestyle scale,social adaptability diagnostic scale,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and University of Washington quality of life scale(UW-QOL)were used to evaluate and analyze the lifestyle,adaptability,mental state and quality of life before and after the interventions in both groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Pender healthy lifestyle scale,social adaptability scale,SAS and SDS scale,and UW-QOL quality of life scale in the 2 groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pender health promotion mode is helpful for patients undergoing artificial airway after laryngeal cancer surgery to establish a good healthy lifestyle,relieve patients′bad psychology,and improve the quality of life of patients.
