摘　　要：通过分子设计,在传统合成聚羧酸减水剂的基础上引入亲油单体,制备了一系列不同单体配比和侧链长度的新型碳酸钙聚合物分散剂,并详细研究了不同分子结构对碳酸钙在PVC制品中分散性能的影响。结果表明:高分子分散剂的引入提高了碳酸钙与PVC的亲和力,增加了碳酸钙在PVC制品中的填充量。当亲水、亲油小分子单体和提供梳状结构的异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)大单体摩尔比为2:1:1,HPEG相对分子质量为2400时,合成的聚竣酸超分散剂的分散效果最佳,该分散剂的适宜掺量为1%。Through molecular design,a series of new calcium carbonate polymer dispersants with different monomer ratios and different side chain lengths were prepared by introducing lipophilic monomers to the polycarboxylic acid water reducer which was traditionally synthesized,and the effects of different molecular structures on the dispersion of calcium carbonate in PVC products were studied in detail.The results showed that the introduction of polymer dispersant increased the affinity between calcium carbonate and PVC,and increased the filling amount of calcium carbonate in PVC products.When the molar ratio of hydrophilic monomer,oil-friendly small molecule monomer and comb shaped isobutylene alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG)large monomer was 2:1:1,and the relative molecular weight of HPEG was 2400,the synthetic polycarboxylic acid hyperdispersant had the best dispersion effect,and its appropriate dosage was 1%.
