摘  要:为了明晰棉织物阻燃整理研究思路,结合棉织物结构特点,阐释了棉织物燃烧及阻燃机理,归纳了适用于棉织物的阻燃整理剂与阻燃整理工艺。结果表明:为了解决传统阻燃整理技术中的甲醛释放问题,棉织物低甲醛和无甲醛阻燃整理工艺成为研究重点;同时,针对传统棉织物阻燃工艺的环境污染问题,溶胶-凝胶、生物大分子沉积、超临界CO2流体等新型阻燃整理技术成为新的研究方向。指出,进一步揭示阻燃机理、研发新型高效阻燃剂与环保阻燃加工技术是未来的研究重点。To clarify the research approach of flame retardant finishing of cotton fabric,the combustion and flame-retarded mechanism of cotton are introduced based on its structural characteristics.The suitable flame retardants and flame retardant finishing processes for cotton fabric are summarized.The results indicate that in order to solve the problem of formaldehyde emission in traditional flame retardant finishing technology,low formaldehyde and formaldehyde free flame retardant finishing process of cotton fabric is becoming the focus of the research.Meanwhile,aiming at the environmental pollution of traditional flame retarded process,novel flame retardant finishing technologies such as sol-gel technique,biological macromolecular deposition technique and supercritical CO2 fluid technique have become new research directions at home and abroad.It is pointed out that the revealing of flame retarding mechanism,and the investigation on new efficient flame retardant and eco-friendly flame retardant processing techniques are becoming the research priorities in the future.
