水性聚氨酯改性明胶浆料的制备及其上浆性能

摘　　要：针对在高比例涤棉纱线上浆过程中,改性明胶浆料浆纱耐磨性、浆膜的断裂伸长率不够理想等缺点,通过制备带有醛基的功能性水性聚氨酯,与改性明胶进行共聚改性,制得水性聚氨酯改性明胶浆料。使用核磁氢谱以及红外光谱对浆料进行结构表征,对改性明胶浆料SX-3和水性聚氨酯改性明胶浆料进行浆料性能测试和上浆试验,并对浆纱进行SEM表征。结果表明:水性聚氨酯改性明胶浆料的浆膜断裂伸长率明显提高,浆纱耐磨性明显增加,用于高比例涤棉纱的上浆性能优于改性前的明胶浆料。认为:用水性聚氨酯改性明胶是提高明胶浆料对高比例涤棉纱浆纱性能的有效途径,能够满足高比例涤棉纱的浆纱需求。Aiming at the shortcomings of unsatisfied wear resistance of sizing and the breaking elongation of the sizie film of modified gelatin size in the sizing process of high proportion of polyester-cotton yarns,the functional waterborne polyurethane modified gelatin size is prepared by preparing functional waterborne polyurethane with aldehyde group and copolymerizing with modified gelatin.The structure of the size is characterized by NMR and IR.The size performance and sizing test of the modified gelatin size SX-3 and the water-based polyurethane modified gelatin size are carried out,and the size is characterized by SEM.The results show that the breaking elongation of the size film of the waterborne polyurethane modified gelatin size significantly improved,and the wear resistance of the sizing yarn is significantly increased.The sizing performance for high-proportion polyester/cotton yarn is better than that of the unmodified gelatin size.It is considered that waterbased polyurethane modified gelatin is an effective way to improve the sizing performance of gelatin size for high-proportion polyester-cotton yarn,and can meet the requirements for high-proportion polyester-cotton yarn sizing.
