摘  要:研究了自动化分析方法在棉麻混合物定量分析中的应用,通过棉、麻及其混合样品的定量分析,分析了自动化分析方法的识别准确性、重复性,以及混合纤维定量测试中的实际应用情况和试验结果准确性的影响原因及解决方法,探讨了该方法在棉麻混合物定量分析中应用的可行性。试验表明:自动化分析方法对棉的识别率为98.89%,对亚麻的识别率为98.15%;重复性试验纤维质量分数的极差均<3.50%,混合样品定量分析纤维质量分数差≤3.0%的占比为92.1%;影响自动化分析结果准确性的原因包含纤维根数统计不准确、直径测量不准确、纤维根数统计和直径测量错误3种情况。对于大部分样品自动化分析方法能满足定量分析误差<3%的要求,但与显微投影法相比还存在一定差距,可作为一种辅助检测分析方法应用于实际检测。The application of automated analysis method in quantitative analysis mixtures of cotton and flax is investigated.Through the quantitative analysis of cotton,flax and their blended samples,identification accuracy and repeatability of automatic analysis method,practical application in quantitative analysis of mixed fiber,factors affecting the accuracy of the test results are studied,and the corresponding solutions are provided.In addition,the feasibility of the application of the method in the quantitative analysis of cotton and flax mixture is also discussed.The results demonstrate that the recognition rate of automated analysis method for cotton and flax is 98.89%and 98.15%respectively;The range of fiber content is less than 3.50%in repeatability test,and the proportion of fiber content difference≤3.0%in quantitative analysis of mixed samples is 92.1%;There are three reasons affecting the accuracy of automatic analysis results,including inaccurate statistics of fiber number,inaccurate diameter measurement,and fiber number and diameter measurement errors.Most of the samples can meet the requirement of quantitative analysis error less than 3%,but there is still a certain gap compared with micro projection method.It can be used as an auxiliary detection and analysis method in actual detection.
