摘 要:锗纤维面料是含锗面料中最常见的一类,但其机织面料的开发和性能研究较少。文章开发四种含量比的秋冬衬衫用锗纤维面料,测试其基础服用性能和抗静电性能,并基于面料的抗静电性能,通过改变环境的温度和湿度,探究面料抗静电性能的改变,以对其他抗静电产品的开发起到一定借鉴作用。结果表明,四种含量比的锗纤维面料的透气性、悬垂性符合开发目的,同时抗静电性均可达到GB/T 12703.4—2010中的C级以上技术要求。在50%~80%RH与15~25℃条件下,织物的抗静电性能随着湿度和温度的升高而提升,环境温湿度对于锗纤维面料的抗静电性能有明显影响。Germanium fiber fabrics are the most common type of germanium-containing fabrics,but the development and properties of its woven fabrics have been seldom studied.In this paper,the germanium fiber fabrics for autumn and winter shirts with four content ratios were developed,their basic properties and antistatic properties were tested.And based on the antistatic properties of the fabrics,the changes in the antistatic properties of the fabrics were explored by changing the temperature and humidity of the environment,in hope of providing a certain reference for the development of other antistatic products.The results show that the air permeability and drape properties of the germanium fiber fabrics with the four content ratios conform to the development goals,and the antistatic properties can meet the technical requirements of GB/T 12703.4-2010 above level C.Under the conditions of 50%-80%RH and 15-25℃,the antistatic properties of the fabric are improved with the increase of humidity and temperature.The ambient temperature and humidity have a significant impact on the antistatic properties of germanium fiber fabrics.
