摘 要:激光焊接技术在汽车生产制造领域的运用极大地提升了生产效率,但影响激光焊接质量的因素也较为庞杂。文章以PXS1-33M传动轴为例,将未清洁与清洁后的PXS节零件焊接效果进行对比。结果表明,清洁后的零件焊接质量有明显提升,完全符合产品的工艺要求,而未经清洁的零件焊接质量参差不齐,加工报废率较高,说明焊接面清洁度对激光焊接质量存在较大影响。此外,文章还探讨了多种清洁手段在实际加工生产中的运用效果,最终总结出了较为理想的清洁方式,有效地降低了产品在激光焊接过程中的报废率。The application of laser welding technology in the field of automobile manufacturing has greatly improved the production efficiency,but the factors affecting the quality of laser welding are also complex.In this paper,the PXS1-33M drive shaft is taken as an example to compare the welding effect of uncleaned and cleaned PXS parts.It is found that the welding quality of the cleaned parts is significantly improved and can fully meet the technical requirements of the product,while the welding quality of the uncleaned parts is uneven and the processing scrap rate is high.It is concluded that the cleanliness of the welding surface has a great impact on the quality of laser welding.In addition,the application effect of a variety of cleaning methods in actual processing and production is also discussed,and finally the ideal cleaning method is summarized,which effectively reduces the scrap rate of products in the laser welding process.
