基于知识图谱的信息政策与法规研究主题可视化分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探究信息政策与法规领域研究主题及其变化,以期为该领域的理论研究与学科发展提供参考。[方法/过程]文章以维普资讯中文期刊服务平台为数据源,对信息政策与法规领域研究主题内容变迁及研究热点进行可视化分析。从时间演化特征角度对信息政策与法规领域研究变迁阶段进行划分,并对其研究内容主题变化情况进行探讨。通过关键词共词聚类分析对目前该领域的主要研究主题与研究热点进行分析。[结果/结论]信息政策与法规研究领域可划分为2个阶段,其整体上呈现出较为明显的阶段性演进特征。揭示出信息政策与法规领域的8个研究重点主题,目前该领域的4个研究热点主题分别是:国内外信息资源管理政策法规及其对比分析、大数据管理与数据开放共享的政策法规、图书馆信息资源管理政策与法规、信息资源公开的政策法规。[Purpose/significance]Explore research topics and their changes in the field of information policyand regulation,in order to provide reference for theoretical research and subject development in this field.[Method/process]Visual analysis of Information policies and regulations research areas,VIP Chinese periodicalservice platform was selected as the data source.The research stage of information policy and regulation wasdivided from the perspective of time evolution characteristics, and changes in research themes at variousstages of research in this field have also been explored.The major research topics and research hotspots inthis field were analyzed by analysis of keywords co-occurrence clustering. [Result/conclusion]The researchfield of information policy and regulation can be divided into two stages,and integratedly present the obviousstage evolution characteristics.Eight major research topics in the field of information policy and regulationhave been revealed,and there are currently four research hotspots in this field,namely,domestic and foreigninformation resources management policies and regulations and their comparative analysis, policies andregulations for big data management and open data, library information resource management policies andregulations,policies and regulations for the disclosure of information resources.
