摘　　要：圆盘浇铸机铜模长期在高温下使用,为了延长其使用寿命,提高阳极板质量,对其进行温度监测十分必要。本文基于红外热成像技术,研究圆盘浇铸机铜模表面温度监测系统,对圆盘浇铸机铜模表面温度分布进行检测,运用智能算法进行温度分区和自动跟踪,并能并定位温度异常点,同时支持铜模表面温度历史趋势查询及分析。The copper mold of disk casting machine has been used at high temperature for a long time.In order to prolong its service life and improve the quality of anode plate,it is necessary to monitor its temperature.Based on the infrared thermal imaging tech⁃nology,this paper studies the copper mold surface temperature monitoring system of the disk casting machine,detects the copper mold surface temperature distribution of the disk casting machine,uses the intelligent algorithm for temperature zoning and auto⁃matic tracking,and can locate the abnormal temperature points,and supports the query and analysis of the historical trend of the copper mold surface temperature.
