摘  要:目的了解医学院校"大学生创新性实验计划"项目实施过程中存在的问题及不足,为进一步开展大学生创新活动、提高医学人才培养质量提供理论依据。方法2019年9月采用自行设计问卷,调查新疆某医科大学学生创新项目的实施效果及管理反馈结果。结果902份有效问卷中,77.05%的学生认为学校实验条件基本满足需求,58.87%的学生认为自己的专业基础知识可基本满足研究需要,68.29%的学生认为开展创新项目最大的收获是科研能力得到锻炼,70.29%的学生认为学校项目立项公平公正;以不同身份参与项目学生的科研能力(χ^(2)=19.919)、表达能力(χ^(2)=20.164)、规范的科研训练(χ^(2)=7.091)、论文写作能力(χ^(2)=24.906)、组织协调能力(χ^(2)=9.999)和与教师的交流(χ^(2)=25.074)等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大学生实施创新实验项目一定程度上提高了学生的自主学习能力和科研能力;今后应强化项目指导教师的队伍建设,健全项目管理制度。Objective To understand the problems and shortcomings in the implementation process of the innovative project for medical undergraduates,provide theoretical basis for further developing innovative activities in the medical students and improving the quality of medical personnel training.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was taken to investigate the effect of implementation and the feedback of management of the innovative project for medical student in a medical university in Xinjiang in September,2019.Results Out of the 902 effective questionnaires,77.05%of the students thought that the experimental conditions basically met the needs in the college,58.87%considered that their basic professional knowledge met the needs of research,68.29%believed that the most achievement in the innovative project was the training of ability of research,and 70.29%concluded that the project approval of college was fair and equitable.There were statistical differences(P<0.05)in the research capacity of the participants with different identities(χ^(2)=19.919),ability of expression(χ^(2)=20.164),the standardized training of scientific research(χ^(2)=7.091),the ability of paper writing(χ^(2)=24.906)and organization and coordination(χ^(2)=9.999),and the communication with teachers(χ^(2)=25.074).Conclusions The ability of autonomous learning and the capacity of scientific research of the students are improved to some extent in the implementation of innovative project among the college students.Team construction of the project instructors should be strengthened and the project management should be improved in the future.
