惠州市7109例女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染率及亚型分布

摘　　要：目的调查惠州市各年龄段人乳头状瘤病毒感染率、感染亚型及年龄分布情况,为临床防治措施提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2020年6月至2020年12月在惠州市中心人民医院行HPV分型检测的样本7109例。结果7109例样本中感染患者为1470例,感染率为20.68%。高危型为1277例(占阳性标本的86.87%);低危型为103例(占7.00%),高低危型混合感染90例(占6.13%)。高危型感染率最高的分别是52型、16型和58型,分别占26.73%、15.37%和14.83%。患者年龄分布:<20岁年龄段感染率最高,其次为21~30岁年龄段,不同年龄组HPV感染检出率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论惠州市普通女性HPV感染率居高水平,且以高危型感染为主,感染率排在前3位的分别为52型、16型和58型。Objective To investigate the infection rate and distribution of human papilloma virus(HPV)in women in Huizhou area,and to provide reference for clinical prevention and control measures.Methods The samples of 7109 cases of HPV typing in Huizhou Central People􀆳s Hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 7109 samples,1470 patients were infected,and the infection rate was 20.68%.The high-risk type was 1277 cases,accounting for 86.87%of the positive samples.There were 103 cases of low risk type,accounting for 7.00%of positive samples,and 90 cases of high-low mixed infection,accounting for 6.13%.The highest infection rates of high-risk types were 52,16 and 58,accounting for 26.73%,15.37%and 14.83%,respectively.The age analysis of patients showed that the infection rate of<20 years old was the highest,followed by 21-30 years old.There was significant difference in the detection rate of HPV infection in different age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The HPV infection rate of ordinary women in Huizhou is at a high level,and it is mainly high-risk infection.The top three infection rates are type 52,type 16 and type 58,respectively.
