摘　　要：膨胀节是管线的重要伸缩补偿单元,在检验中要求多层波纹管端部的电阻焊缝完全达到熔焊的程度,现阶段难以实现,只要将多层波纹管端部塑性粘合成整体,当与法兰环缝焊接时下层对上层起到衬垫作用即可。短节与法兰的角焊缝呈现适当下凹是最好的受力状态,不必追求平直。Expansion joint is an important compensation unit in pipeline.It is hard to get the complete fusion welding seam with the resistance welding at the end root of the bellows by present.And the multilayers of the bellows are bonded plastically into a whole is acceptable when welding the circular seam to flange with the lower layer plays the role of backing to the upper layer.The fillet weld which presents appropriate concave contour between the pipe and flange is the best state of stress,and it is unnecessary to pursue the flatness.
