摘  要:对于先拼板后成形的凸形封头,如果所在容器的焊接接头系数为Φ=0.85,虽然封头的拼接接头需要100%无损检测,但合格级别可以按所在容器A类焊接接头的要求。笔者认为该封头的焊接接头系数应该取0.85。为了减少封头材料的用量,降低容器的制造成本,封头的焊接接头系数可以取Φ=1.0,但封头拼接接头无损检测的合格级别,应该按焊接接头系数为Φ=1.0的A类焊接接头要求确定。For the convex head formed after plate assembly,if the welded joint coefficient of the vessel is Φ=0.85,although the splicing joint of the head needs 100% NDT,however,the qualification level can meet the requirements of class a welded joint of the vessel.The author thinks that the welding joint coefficient of the head should be 0.85.In order to reduce the amount of head material,reduce the manufacturing cost of the container,the welding joint coefficient of the head can be taken as Φ=1.0,however,the qualified level of NDT for the head splice joint is not enough,it should be based on the coefficient of welded joint Φ=1.0.
