摘 要:采用60Coγ-射线辐照的方法,对硝酸酸化预处理后的PBO纤维进行表面原位改性。结果表明预处理后纤维表面被硝酸刻蚀,生成羧基,化学活性增强,且呈单根分散,尺寸减小,纤维在辐照溶液中的分散性大幅提高。辐照原位改性后纤维表面生成纳米含硅涂层,其与有机硅压敏胶的界面结合力得到了提高。采用辐照处理后的高耐温性PBO纤维改性有机硅压敏胶,研究了辐照改性PBO纤维对有机硅压敏胶高低温力学性能及耐热性的影响。结果表明,通过辐照原位改性的PBO纤维掺杂有机硅压敏胶后,压敏胶的耐热性和高低温力学性能提升明显。PBO纤维的合适掺杂量为1.0wt%,此时压敏胶的180℃持黏性提高比例高达247%,剥离强度由10.72N·25mm^(-1)提高至14.34N·25mm^(-1),且掺杂改性只在较小范围内影响有机硅压敏胶的初黏性。The surface of PBO fiber pretreated by nitric acid is in situ modified through 60Coγ-ray irradiation. The results show that the surface of the fiber is etched by the nitric acid and the fiber disperses in a single root which made the size decrease. Meanwhile, the chemical activity of surface is enhanced due to the appearance of carboxyl group, which greatly improves the dispersion of the fiber in the irradiated solution. The nano-silicon coating is formed on the surface after the in-situ modification by irradiation, which improves the interfacial adhesion between the fiber and silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. The silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is modified by the irradiated high temperature resistant PBO fiber. The effects of irradiated PBO fiber on the mechanical properties at high and low temperature and the heat resistance of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive are in-vestigated. The results show that the heat resistance and mechanical properties at high and low temperature of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive doped with in situ modified PBO fiber are improved obviously. The holding viscosity of the pressure sensitive adhesive increases by 247% at 180 ℃,the peel strength increases from 10.72 N·25 mm^(-1) to 14.34 N·25 mm^(-1) when the amount of PBO fiber is 1.0 wt%, and the doping modification only affects the initial viscosity of the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive in a small range.
