摘  要:优选硅烷改性聚醚(MS预聚物)作基料,选纳米碳酸钙作补强填料,通过选用增塑剂、除水剂、硅烷偶联剂和催化剂等功能助剂复配,制备出一款粘接性能优异、贮存稳定的单组分硅烷改性聚醚密封胶产品。试验以单因素对比法逐一分析了催化剂、碳酸钙填料、偶联剂等原料类型以及添加量对硅烷改性聚醚密封胶物理及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,每100份MS预聚物用125份填料纳米碳酸钙、1.5份改性有机锡催化剂、2份除水剂及3份硅烷偶联剂,制备的硅烷改性聚醚密封胶力学性能优异、贮存性能稳定,具有良好的推广价值与应用前景。The silane modified polyether(MS prepolymer)is preferably used as the base material, the nano-calcium carbonate is selected as the reinforcing filler, and the plasticizer, water remover, silane coupling agent, catalyst and other functional additives are combined to prepare a one-com-ponent silane modified polyether sealant product with excellent bonding performance and stable storage. The effects of the kinds of raw materials such as catalyst, calcium carbonate filler, coupling agent and the addition amount on the physical and mechanical properties of the one-component silane modified polyether sealant are analyzed by the single factor comparison method. The research results show that when 125 parts of nano calcium car-bonate filler, 1.5 parts of modified organotin catalyst, 2 parts of water remover and 3 parts of silane coupling agent are used for every 100 parts of MS prepolymer, the developed silane modified polyether sealant will have excellent mechanical properties and stable storage performance, which has a good promotional value and application prospect.
