摘 要:针对不同预紧力,开展了间距对螺栓连接板模态频率的影响实验研究。首先,构建了螺栓连接板振动模态测试系统;然后,改变螺栓预紧力,测试了不同间距下螺栓连接板的模态频率;最后,讨论了螺栓间距对连接板模态频率的影响机制,并提出了螺栓连接板最优间距动力学设计方法。结果表明:预紧力变化对螺栓连接板的模态频率有一定影响,而且不同预紧力下间距对连接板模态频率的影响程度不同,但是影响规律基本一致。基于预紧力和间距对螺栓连接板模态频率的影响,提出了基于抗共振的螺栓连接板最优间距设计方法。研究结果为螺栓连接板的抗疲劳动力学设计提供了新思路。Experimental study on the effects of bolt center distance on modal frequency of bolted joint plates was carried out by applying different pre-load.Firstly,a vibration modal testing system of the bolted joint plate was constructed.The modal frequency of bolted joint plates with different bolt center distances were measured by varying the pre-load.The impact mechanisms of distance on the modal frequency were studied.A dynamic design method of the best distance of bolted joint plate was proposed.Results indicate that the varying of pre-load has certain influence on the modal frequency of bolted joint plate.And the effecting degree of distance on the modal frequency of bolted joint plate varies with the changing of pre-load.And the impacting law is basically the same.Based on the impact mechanism of pre-load and bolt center distance on the modal frequency of bolted joint plate,a dynamic design method of the best distance of bolted joint plate is proposed.The results can provide a new idea for the dynamic design of anti-fatigue of bolted joint plate.
