摘 要:复合材料辊是用于冷轧生产线平整环节去除板材表面油液和杂质的挤油辊,本工作通过ABAQUS软件对单颗粒磨粒磨削复合材料辊进行仿真,分别得出了主要磨削参数对磨削力和磨削温度的影响,并通过正交极差分析法综合得出了磨削参数对两者的影响程度。结合有限元分析的结果,进行了复合材料辊表面磨削试验,试验表明,选用有限元分析初选的磨削工艺,可以极大的改善复合材料辊表面粗糙度,表面粗糙度从约8降低至3.213,说明了使用白刚玉砂轮对复合材料辊干磨削是可行的,能得到良好表面粗糙度的辊面。并通过SEM扫描电镜对磨削前后的辊面进行了对比分析,得出了不同磨削参数的表面纤维状态,发现表面纤维状态在磨削参数为加工后纤维质量更好,表面存在的烧灼点和残留的纤维杂质更少。Composite material roll is used to remove oil and impurities on the surface of sheet metal in the leveling process of cold rolling production line.In this work,ABAQUS software is used to simulate the single particle grinding composite material roll.The influence of main grinding parameters on grinding force and grinding temperature is obtained,the degree of influence of grinding parameters on both is synthesized by orthogonal range analysis method.Combining with the results of finite element analysis,the grinding experiment of composite roll surface was carried out.The results show that the surface roughness of composite roll can be greatly improved by using the grinding process selected by finite element analysis.The surface roughness can be reduced from about 8 to 3.213.It shows that the dry grinding of composite roll with white corundum grinding wheel is feasible and the roll surface with good surface roughness can be obtained.The surface fiber states of different grinding parameters were obtained by comparing the roll surfaces before and after grinding with SEM scanning electron microscopy.It was found that the surface fiber States had better quality after grinding,there are fewer burning points and residual fiber impurities on the surface.
