摘　　要：西北大学早期生命实验室于2019年5月中旬购置了一台体积为45 cm×40 cm×40 cm的小型海缸,利用人工配比的海水养殖3株现生珊瑚用于观察研究。海缸自5月中旬至11月中旬间共经历“养活石养水(藻类大繁盛)”“加入新生物”与“海缸稳定化”共3个大阶段。发现群落的演替有一定的生态位取代规律,在珊瑚生长与海缸环境演化的过程里出现了许多物种,对放入的珊瑚及大量新出现的物种进行观察与记录,并总结出蕨藻类与管虫的生长阶段模式。对于此海缸的记录可重演小型海洋稳定生态系统的形成过程,为海洋生物观察实验与海缸养殖者提供一定的借鉴意义,也可以为古生态学提供重要的参考。A small sea tank with a volume of 45 cm×40 cm×40 cm was set up to simulate the establishment of a simple marine ecosystem in mid-May,2019.Three living corals were added and cultured in tank with artificial ratio water for observation and research.From the middle of May to the middle of November,this sea tank has gone through three stages:“appropriate environment establishment and bloom of algae”“adding of new organisms and colonization”and“the stabilization of seawater tank”.It was found that the succession of community followed a certain niche substitution rule.Many species have appeared in the process of coral growth and marine environment evolution,and the growth stage patterns of Caulerpa and tubeworms have been summarized in corresponding to the colonization of the corals and a large number of other new species.The record of this tank can reconstruct the formation process of a small stable marine ecosystem,which not only provides some references for the observation experiment of sea tanks and culturists,but also for palaeoecology.
