基于Web of Science的开业护士研究热点及趋势可视化分析

摘　　要：目的基于Web of Science分析开业护士研究热点及发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中开业护士相关文献,对开业护士文献类型、语言、年份、作者、共被引作者、国家、研究所、期刊来源、共被引期刊、关键词、共被引文献等出版物特征进行探索,运用Histcite 1.0、VOSviewer 1.6.1、CiteSpace 5.5、GraphPad Prism 5.0及SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析与可视化,并绘制知识图谱。结果开业护士文献整体呈增加趋势,发文量以美国和英国最多,跨国合作较多。热点主要集中在:护理质量、患者满意度、结局指标;执业范围、教育;卫生保健、人员之间的协作。结论目前关于开业护士的前沿课题较少,还需要相关研究者们拓宽新的研究方向,以推进我国开业护士的发展。Objective To analyze the research hotspot and development trend of practicing nurses based on Web of Science.Methods Search Web of Science core collection database nurse practitioners related literature,to protect the nurse practitioner literature types,languages,year,authors,total cited authors and the country,the research institute,source journals,cited journals,keywords,were cited to explore literature publications such as characteristics,use of Histcite 1.0,VOS viewer 1.6.1,CiteSpace 5.5,GraphPad Prism 5.0 and SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis and visualization,and knowledge mapping.Results As a whole,the literature of practicing nurses showed an increasing trend,the most of which were published in the United States and The United Kingdom,with more transnational cooperation.Hot spots mainly focus on three aspects:nursing quality,patient satisfaction,outcome indicators;Scope of practice and education;Collaboration between health care and personnel.Conclusion there are few frontier topics about practicing nurses,so it is necessary for relevant researchers to broaden new research directions in order to promote the development of China's practice nurses.
