摘  要:基于当前油气行业信息技术标准建设现状,借鉴国内外信息技术标准体系发展的经验,以新形势下油气行业信息化建设需求为导向,客观分析油气行业标准体系建设过程中存在的标准体系滞后、标准整体质量不高和技术应用规范不协调等主要问题。运用战略发展规划方法论,对制约油气行业信息技术标准体系发展的关键瓶颈问题进行系统分析,从如何全面提升油气行业信息技术标准体系质量的角度,提出了新形势下油气行业信息技术标准体系的建设与发展建议。Based on the current status of information technology standard in the oil-gas industry,this paper is guided by information construction demand of oil and gas industry under the new situation and lessons from the experience of the development of information technology standard system at home and abroad.Some problems of information technology standard system in oil-gas industry such as system be-hind technology,standard quality and mismatch between standards are objectively analyzed,and the key bottlenecks restricting the development of information technology standard system in oil-gas indus-try are analyzed systematically by the methodology of strategic development planning.Suggestions on de-velopment and construction of information technology standard system in oil-gas industry under the new situation are put forward from the perspective of how to comprehensively improve the quality of information technology standard system in oil-gas industry.
