摘  要:高含水原油的集输温度可以低于原油凝点,为实现集输过程的节能降耗和优化运行,不加热集输工艺受到了广泛的关注,但随之而来的凝油粘壁问题成为制约该工艺大规模应用的关键因素。为了在保证安全的前提下最大限度地降低集油温度,明确高含水原油粘壁特性具有十分重要的工程意义。采用自主设计的带压模拟罐装置在国内某油田现场开展了高含水原油1 MPa条件下的粘壁实验。根据实验所得的粘壁温度,指导现场进行单井降温集油试验,取得了井口加热炉温度下降30℃的效果;根据现场生产数据,计算集油管道沿线粘壁速率分布,结果表明在粘壁温度下,粘壁速率会出现突增,验证了模拟罐粘壁实验结果的准确性。The gathering and transportation temperature of high water-cut crude oil can be lower than the gel point of crude oil.Therefore,in order to save energy and reduce consumption and optimize the operation of gathering and transportation process,the non-heating gathering and transportation process has attracted extensive attention,but the subsequent problem of wall-sticking of gelled oil has become a key factor restricting the large-scale application of the process.In order to reduce the oil gathering temperature to the maximum under the premise of ensuring safety,it is of great engineering significance to clarify the wall-sticking characteristics of high water-cut crude oil.The self-designed simulation tank device with pressure is used to carry out the wall-sticking experiment of high water-cut crude oil under 1 MPa in a domestic oil field.According to the wall-sticking occurrence temperature obtained in the experiment,the single-well temperature lowering and oil gathering test is conducted in the field,and the effect of reducing the temperature of wellhead heating furnace by 30℃is achieved.According to the field production data,the wall sticking rate distribution along the oil gathering pipeline is calculated.The results show that the wall sticking rate will increase sharply at the wall sticking temperature,which verifies the accuracy of the experimental results of the simulated tank.
