摘 要:新疆油田稠油采出水的硅含量高,目前多采用化学除硅方法,其工艺流程长,加药种类多,污泥量大,且除硅深度不能满足注汽锅炉给水水质要求。针对上述问题,通过开展超稠油采出水特性分析研究,掌握电化学净化、除硅机理;研制了一套“电化学+大直径陶瓷膜”组合超稠油采出水净化、除硅中试装置,并在新疆油田风城作业区进行了现场试验研究,验证电化学净化、除硅技术在超稠油采出水处理中的适应性,为后续进一步开展工业化应用提供技术支撑。试验结果表明:装置出水含油质量浓度可降至2 mg/L以下,出水SiO_(2)质量浓度可降至2.07 mg/L,电化学深度除油除硅技术较常规的化学药剂法运行成本低,产生污泥量少,在稠油采出水领域具有较高的推广应用价值。The silicon content of heavy oil produced water in Xinjiang Oilfield is high.At present,chemical desilication method is mostly used,which has long process flow,many kinds of chemicals adding,large amount of sludge,and the depth of desilication cannot meet the water quality require-ments of steam injection boiler.In view of the above problems,the mechanism of electrochemical puri-fication and silicon removal is mastered through the analysis and research of produced water characteris-tics of super heavy oil.A set of"electrochemical+large diameter ceramic membrane"ultra-heavy oil produced water purification and desilication pilot device combination is developed,and the field test studies have been carried out in Fengcheng operation area of Xinjiang Oilfield to verify the adaptability of electrochemical purification and silicon removal technology in ultra-heavy oil produced water treat-ment,providing technical support for further industrial application.The experimental results show that the effluent oil content mass concentration can be reduced to less than 2 mg/L,and the effluent SiO2 content mass concentration can be reduced to 2.07 mg/L.Compared with the conventional chemical method,the electrochemical deep oil and silicon removal technology has lower operation cost and less sludge,and has higher application value in the field of heavy oil-produced water.
