摘 要:徐深气田气井多经过大型压裂投产,气井已采用井筒下入防砂筛网、采气树截断阀前设置简易旋流除砂器进行防砂,但此这种防砂工艺对于高压、高产气井不能完全控制砂害,下游工艺仍然存在工艺受损问题。因此,在井口应用新型橇装除砂工艺,通过天然气处理、除砂排砂、排液及反冲洗流程,增大除砂器腔体容积、锻造并内衬耐磨防腐材料、设置过滤网,提高除砂量及除砂精度;增加气液混输工艺,使除砂后天然气及采出水混输回集气站处理,避免井场污水存储及拉运,提高井场除砂适应性。经试验,该工艺对于高压、高产气井的除砂、控砂具有可行性。Most gas wells in the Xushen Gas Field are put into production after large-scale fracturing.Sand control screen is put into the wellbore of gas well and simple cyclone desander is set in front of the cut-off valve of gas tree for sand control.However,for high-pressure and high-yield gas wells,the above sand control measures cannot completely control sand,resulting into damage to the downstream process.Therefore,a new skid-mounted sand removal process is applied at the wellhead,through the process of natural gas treatment,sand removal and drainage,liquid drainage and backwashing,increas-ing the volume of the cavity of the desander,forging the vessel and lining the wear-resistant and anti corrosion material,setting the filter screen,the amount and precision of desanding can be improved.And by adding the gas-liquid mixed transportation process,the natural gas and produced water mixed transportation after desanding can be returned to the gas gathering station for treatment,which can avoid the storage and transportation of well site sewage and improve the adaptability of well site desand-ing.Experiment shows that this process is feasible for high-pressure and high-yield gas wells.
