西部成品油管道输油泵双端面机械密封的研发及应用

摘　　要：西部成品油管道苏尔寿泵配套的原8B1HH机械密封故障频发,为解决该机械密封不足,结合最新设计理念提出了双端面机械密封,在不改变原冲洗泄漏报警系统前提下,内密封失效后外密封发挥作用,确保输送介质无泄漏,提升机械密封可靠性。为此设计研发了8648VRS+SBXP双端面机械密封,并经工厂和工业性现场试验验证。此机械密封结构配合环仅参与旋转,消除了密封圈滑动补偿卡滞,波纹管和弹簧保持补偿环贴合追随,结构更合理、轴窜适应性更强;升级补偿环配合环材质为SiC及CARBON+DUPLEXS.S+ALLOYK-500,SBXP外密封配合环补偿环无需冲洗,干摩擦状态下长周期稳定运行,工业性现场试验数据预测密封寿命超过25000 h。该机械密封完全适合西部成品油管道运行工况,建议逐步推广应用以代替原8B1HH机械密封。The original 8B1HH mechanical seal of Sulzer pump in the western product oil pipeline suffers frequent failures.In order to make up for the shortage of the mechanical seal,combined with the latest design concept,a double mechanical seal is proposed.Without changing the original flushing leakage alarm system,the outer seal plays the role when the inner seal fails,to ensure that the transmis-sion medium has no leakage,and improve the reliability of the mechanical seal.Thus,the 8648VRS+SBXP double mechanical seal is designed,and it is verified by factory and industrial field tests that the mating ring on the 8648VRS+SBXP double mechanical seal only participates in rotation,which elimi-nates the sealing ring sliding compensation stuck,the bellows and spring keep the compensation ring at-tached to follow,the structure is more reasonable and the adaptability of axial channeling is stronger.The material of the compensation and matching ring is SiC and CARBON+DUPLEX SS+ALLOY K 500.The SBXP outer seal compensation and matching ring do not need flushing and can operate long term stably under dry friction conditions.The industrial field test data predicts that the seal life will ex-ceed 25000 hours.The mechanical seal is suitable for the western product oil pipeline.It is recommend-ed to gradually promote the use of 8648VRS+SBXP to replace the 8B1HH mechanical seal.
