摘　　要：通过介绍毕节市特色畜产品资源的发展现状和存在问题,指出建设特色畜产品加工与质量检测实验室的必要性。针对目前存在的检测设备不足、缺乏相关检测技术人员等问题,设计毕节市特色畜产品加工与质量检测实验室,该实验室的建成为培养区域内从事畜产品加工检测人才需求提供了有力的支撑,对毕节市区特色畜产品加工检测行业的发展具有积极意义。This article introduced the developing status and existing problems in the resources of special livestock products in Bijie,and pointed out the necessity of building processing and quality testing laboratories of characteristic livestock products.Aiming at the current shortage of testing equipment and lack of relevant testing technicians,a special livestock product processing and quality testing laboratory was designed and constructed in Bijie.The establishment of the laboratory meets the needs of livestock product companies in production,processing and testing of the livestock products,and has trained relevant technical personnel,which was of positive significance to the development of the special livestock product industry in Bijie.
