摘 要:文中针对船用食品食用与贮存的特殊性,介绍了效期预警和安全存量预警在船用食品库存管理系统中的应用,并对比分析了预警功能在某船上实际应用前后的蔬果损耗率,发现蔬菜、水果损耗率分别由大于8%、6%下降为小于4%。预警功能的应用确保了食品安全,实现了船用食品库存动态化管理。In the light of the specific characteristics of vessel food in consumption and storage,the application of expiry data warning and safety stock warning in warehouse management information system for vessel food was introduced in this paper.During the early warning function was applied in a ship,a result was produced:before the early warning function was used,the loss rates of vegetables and fruit are greater than 8%and 6%;after the early warning function was used,the loss rates of vegetables and fruit were both less than 4%.Early warning function guarantees the food safety,and achieves the dynamic management for vessel food.
