摘  要:铸铁闸门在水利工程特别是低水头涵闸工程及中小孔口高水头等不易检修的部位的闸门应用越发广泛。然而因铸铁闸门失效影响水利工程安全运行的事故时有发生,本文以某铸铁闸门失效事故为例,结合该铸铁闸门原材料的力学性能检验与有限元计算分析,试图找出发生该事故的原因,并为铸铁闸门产品质量管理提出解决方案。Cast iron gate is more and more widely used in hydraulic engineering,especially in low head culvert gate engineering and high head of small and medium orifices.However,the accidents that affect the safe operation of hydraulic engineering due to the failure of cast iron gate occur from time to time.Taking the failure accident of a cast iron gate as an example,combined with the mechanical property inspection and finite element calculation analysis of the raw materials of the cast iron gate,this paper attempts to find out the cause of the accident and put forward a solution for the product quality management of cast iron gate.
