摘　　要：分析自动扶梯梯级翻转处异响来源及翻转处梯级运行轨迹,找出自动扶梯梯级副轮发生变轨时的撞击位置,给出自动扶梯梯级翻转处异响的解决方案,并在自动扶梯生产车间通过具体实验验证了该方案的正确性。This paper is intended to analyze the major sources of the noise caused by escalator step overturn and its tracks to spot out the position of the impact where the step roller changes tracks,and to put forward a solution to this problem.The solution was verified via specific experiments in the workshop.
