摘　　要：目的:分析某三级医院职业暴露发生情况,针对存在问题提出相应防控措施。方法:对该院2018年-2020年的职业暴露情况进行回顾性分析。结果:该院三年内共发生50例职业暴露,护士职业暴露率高于医生,职业暴露发生地点主要是普通病房和手术室,职业暴露类型多是针刺伤,暴露源居首位的是乙肝病毒。结论:部分工作人员职业防护不到位,诊疗护理操作欠规范。需针对不同人群开展职业暴露培训,加强个人防护的管理,建立健全职业暴露处置报告制度,降低医疗机构内职业暴露发生风险。Objective:Analyze the occupational exposure of a certaintertiary hospital and propose preventive measures.Methods:We conducted a retrospective analysis of the occupational exposure in the hospital from 2018 to 2020.Results:A total of 50 occupational exposures occurred in the hospital within three years,and the occupational exposure rate of nurses was higher than that of doctors.The main occurrence departments were general wards and operating rooms.The types of occupational exposure were mostly needle stick injuries.The first exposure source was hepatitis B virus.Conclusion:Some staff have inadequate occupational protection and nonstandard medical operations.Occupational exposure training needs to target different groups of people.Managers should strengthen the supervision of personal protection and establish a complete occupational exposure handling reporting system to reduce the risk of occupational exposure in medical institutions.
