摘  要:选择炭化谷壳、膨胀珍珠岩、炭化竹屑、椰糠、炭化木屑、炭化烟秆和红泥土为烤烟育苗基质材料,按照不同的体积比配制17种基质配方,研究了不同基质配方对云烟87烟苗生长及生理代谢的影响。研究发现,C_(5)(炭化木屑∶红泥土=6∶4)、C_(10)(炭化烟秆∶红泥土=7∶3)和C_(12)(炭化烟秆∶红泥土=5∶5)处理在烟苗生长性状和生理代谢方面均表现优良,这3个配方是适合龙岩烟区烤烟育苗的最佳基质配方。In this experiment,17 seedling substrate formulations were prepared according to different volume ratios of carbonized crust,expanded perlite,carbonized bamboo chips,coconut bran,carbonized wood chips,coconut bran,carbonized tobacco stem and red clay,and the effects of different matrix formulations on growth and some physiological metabolism of Yunyan 87 tobacco seedlings were studied.The results showed that tobacco seedlings had good performance in agronomic traits and physiological metabolism under C_(5)(carbonized wood chips∶red clay=6∶4),C_(10)(carbonized tobacco stem∶red clay=7∶3)and C_(12)(carbonized tobacco stem∶red clay=5∶5)substrates.The 3 formulations were the best seedling substrate formulations for growth of flue-cured tobacco seedlings.
