摘  要:基于标准CMOS工艺,设计出具有大输出电流的电荷泵电路,通过设计新颖的高电压下的互补开关电路,实现了采用串并联方式电荷泵电路来提高输出电流。基于0.18微米CMOS工艺,采用HSPICE仿真软件对电路进行仿真分析,并与常用的电荷泵电路在输出电流方面进行了比较,仿真结果表明该电荷泵电路的输出电流比常用的电荷泵电路的输出电流大两倍,验证了新设计的电荷泵电路和常用的电荷泵电路相比具备较大的电流输出能力。Based on standard CMOS process,a charge pump circuit with large output current is designed,it is designed that using series and parallel charge pump circuit method to boost the output current by using high voltage complementary switch circuit method.Based on 0.18μm CMOS technology,the circuit is simulated by using HSPICE simulation software,and compared the output current result to conventional charge pump,the result shows that the output current of designed charge pump circuit is double to conventional charge pump circuit.The new designed charge pump circuit has large output current than conventional one is verified.
