摘　　要：中医馆健康信息平台以服务公众为出发点,以深化医药卫生体制改革为着力点,以维护和增进全体人民健康为宗旨,运用了云计算、大数据、新一代互联网等信息技术,提升中医药各业务系统间的信息共享和业务协同能力。中医馆健康信息平台电子病历系统为借助中医馆健康平台在基层医疗卫生机构中医诊疗区(中医馆)内使用的电子病历系统,该文结合该具体应用场景,进行了中医馆健康信息平台电子病历系统基本功能规范标准的制定与研究工作,旨在推动中医馆健康信息平台电子病历系统的规范性应用。According to the need of the construction of the health information platform of the Chinese Medicine Museum,expound the goal and meaning of carrying out the research on the basic functions of the Electronic Medical Record system of the health infor⁃mation platform of the Chinese Medicine Museum,discuss overall function,basic function,main function and extended function of the Electronic Medical Record system of Chinese Medicine Museum,establish a systematic functional specification for Electronic Medical Record system of the health information platform of the Chinese Medicine Museum,make its construction rules to follow.
