摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析妊娠晚期孕产妇感染B族链球菌(GBS)对其妊娠结局及新生儿的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年3月期间在新昌县人民医院进行定期产检及分娩的1497例孕产妇作为研究对象。根据有无GBS感染,将其分为感染组与未感染组。分析并比较两组孕产妇的妊娠结局及其新生儿的情况。结果:与未感染组孕产妇相比,感染组孕产妇胎膜早破、早产、羊水污染、产后出血、产褥期感染的发生率和剖宫产率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与未感染组孕产妇的新生儿相比,感染组孕产妇新生儿的体重更轻,其中因出现窒息、肺炎等并发症而转科的新生儿所占的比例更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠晚期孕产妇感染GBS会增加其胎膜早破、早产、羊水污染、产后出血、产褥期感染的发生风险,降低其顺产率,且易导致其新生儿出现肺炎、窒息等并发症。Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of group B streptococcus(GBS)infection on pregnancy outcome and newborn during the third trimester of pregnancy.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2019,1,497 cases of pregnant women who received regular checkups and delivered in Xinchang County People’s Hospital were selected as the research object.According to the presence or absence of GBS infection,they were divided into infected group and non-infected group.The pregnancy outcome and neonatal situation of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:Compared with the uninfected group,the incidence of premature rupture of membranes,premature delivery,amniotic fluid contamination,postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal infection and cesarean section rate in infected group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the newborns in the uninfected group,the newborns in the infected group had lower weight,and the proportion of newborns transferred to hospital due to asphyxia,pneumonia and other complications was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infection with GBS in late pregnancy can increase the risk of premature rupture of membranes,premature delivery,amniotic fluid contamination,postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection,reduce the vaginal delivery rate,and easily lead to neonatal complications such as pneumonia and asphyxia.
