摘 要:目的:对中药谷精草科植物谷精草、华南谷精草和毛谷精草进行鉴别,比较三种谷精草中槲皮素的含量。方法:采用薄层色谱法和紫外光谱法对谷精草、华南谷精草、毛谷精草进行鉴别,并对三种谷精草中槲皮素的含量进行测定。结果:采用薄层色谱法进行检测的结果显示,谷精草与华南谷精草的薄层色谱行为比较相似,两者与毛谷精草的薄层色谱行为存在明显差异。采用紫外光谱法进行检测的结果显示,谷精草在330.00nm和261.00nm波长处出现最大吸收峰,华南谷精草在279.00nm波长处出现最大吸收峰,毛谷精草在272.00nm和332.00 nm波长处出现最大吸收峰。毛谷精草中槲皮素的含量高于谷精草和华南谷精草,谷精草中槲皮素的含量高于华南谷精草。结论:谷精草、华南谷精草、毛谷精草在薄层色谱及紫外光谱上存在明显的区别,通过进行薄层色谱和紫外光谱检测可对三者进行有效的鉴别。毛谷精草和谷精草中槲皮素的含量较高,华南谷精草中槲皮素的含量较低。Objective:To identify and compare the content of quercetin in three kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs:Ceycetin,Ceycetin and Ceycetin.Methods:TLC and UV were used to identify and determine the content of quercetin.Results:The results of TLC detection showed that the TLC behavior of P.oryzae was similar to that of P.oryzae,but there were obvious differences between them.The maximum absorption peak was found at 330.00nm and 261.00nm,the maximum absorption peak was found at 279.00nm and the maximum absorption peak was found at 272.00nm and 332.00 nm.The content of quercetin was higher than that of p.chinensis and P.chinensis,and the content of quercetin was higher than that of P.chinensis.Conclusion:There are obvious differences in TLC and UV-spectrum between PENNisetum sinense,Pennisetum sinense and Pennisetum sinense.The content of quercetin in p.chinensis and P.chinen sis was higher than that in P.chinensis.
