爱维心口服液治疗冠心病合并睡眠障碍的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析用爱维心口服液治疗冠心病(CHD)合并睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选择云浮市第三人民医院2020年1月至2021年1月期间收治的98例CHD合并睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方案的不同将其分为研究组与对照组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上用爱维心口服液对研究组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的心肌耗氧指数和心血管不良事件的发生率均低于对照组患者,其治疗的有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)的评分和失眠的发生率均低于对照组患者,其每周服用安眠药的次数少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对CHD合并睡眠障碍患者进行常规治疗的基础上,用爱维心口服液对其进行治疗能显著提高其疗效,改善其睡眠质量,减少其心肌的耗氧量,降低其心血管不良事件的发生率。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Aiweixin oral liquid in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 98 patients with CHD and sleep disorders admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Yunfu city from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment regimens.The two groups of patients were routinely treated,on this basis with aiweixin oral liquid for treatment of patients in the study group,and then compare the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the myocardial oxygen consumption index and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the incidence of insomnia in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the number of sleeping pills taken per week was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment for CHD patients with sleep disorders,treatment with Aiweixin oral liquid can significantly improve its curative effect,improve its sleep quality,reduce its cardiac oxygen consumption,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.
