脱花煎联合利凡诺对孕中期孕妇进行引产的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨并研究用脱花煎联合利凡诺对孕中期孕妇进行引产的效果。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年11月期间在西南医科大学附属中医医院进行引产的60例孕中期(孕14~26周)孕妇作为研究对象。随机将其分为治疗组与对照组。用利凡诺对对照组孕妇进行引产,用脱花煎联合利凡诺对治疗组孕妇进行引产,然后比较两组孕妇的各项临床指标。结果:治疗组孕妇的完全流产率高于对照组孕妇,其清宫率低于对照组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组孕妇用药至产程发动的时间和总产程均短于对照组孕妇,其产后24 h内的出血量少于对照组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单用利凡诺对孕中期孕妇进行引产相比,用脱花煎联合利凡诺对其进行引产的效果更好,能提高其完全流产率,加速其产程发动,缩短其总产程,降低其清宫率,减少其产后的出血量。Objective:To explore and study the effect of tuohua Decoction combined with rivanol on induced labor in middle trimester pregnant women.Methods:Sixty pregnant women in the second trimester(14-26 weeks of pregnancy)who underwent labor induction in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University from September 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The pregnant women in the control group were induced with rivanol,and the pregnant women in the treatment group were induced with tuohua decoction combined with rivanol,and then the clinical indicators of the two groups of pregnant women were compared.Results:The complete abortion rate of pregnant women in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the uterine clearance rate was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The time from medication to labor initiation and the total labor course of pregnant women in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postpartum blood loss within 24 h was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with rivanol alone,the effect of tuohua decoction combined with rivanol on induced labor is better,which can improve the rate of complete abortion,accelerate the start of labor,shorten the total labor,reduce the rate of ute rine clear and reduce the amount of postpartum blood loss.
