银杏叶提取物注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果及对血浆AngⅡ、ET、BNP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析用银杏叶提取物注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果及对患者血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法:选出新疆医科大学第二附属医院82例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者。按照治疗方案的不同将其分为观察组与对照组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,观察组同时进行银杏叶提取物注射液治疗,然后对比两组的疗效及各项指标。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的中医证候积分、生活质量评分和血浆AngⅡ、ET-1、BNP的水平均更低,其左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)更小,左室射血分数(LVEF)和治疗的总有效率更高,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率比较,P>0.05。结论:对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者用银杏叶提取物注射液对其进行治疗能显著提高其效果,改善其心功能及血浆AngⅡ、ET-1、BNP的水平,提高其生活质量,且治疗的安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of ginkgo biloba extract injection in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure and the effects on plasma angiotensinⅱ(Angⅱ),endothelin-1(ET-1)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels.Methods:82 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected from the second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.According to different treatment plan,they were divided into observation group and control group.The two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract injection at the same time,and then the efficacy and indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and plasma Angⅱ,ET-1,BNP levels in the observation group were lower,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was smaller,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and the total effective rate were higher,P<0.05.Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba extract injection can significantly improve the effect of chronic congestive heart failure patients,improve the cardiac function and plasma Angⅱ,ET-1,BNP levels,improve the quality of life,and the safety of treatment is high.
