摘　　要：为探索国内术前访视新模式,了解国内外术前访视研究现状和手术患者访视需求,为患者提供新型有效的访视模式。以“preoperative visit”为主题检索词检索PubMed,共检索文献3118篇;以“术前访视”为主题检索词检索CNKI,共检索文献3311篇,两名研究者分别通过阅读题目及摘要,选择与研究主题相关文献256篇,下载文献阅读全文后选出与术前访视模式相关文献30篇。结果表明国外术前访视更加注重术前教育与术后康复相结合的整体护理干预。国内护理人员在进行多种访视模式的探索,其中多媒体辅助的术前访视仍处于探索发展阶段,如何合理运用新媒体信息资源,为术前访视工作人员提供高效工具还需进一步研究。respectively,and then downloaded and read the full text and selected 30 literatures related to the mode of preoperative visit.The results showed that foreign preoperative visit paid more attention to the holistic nursing intervention combining preoperative education and postoperative rehabilitation.Nursing staff in China are exploring a variety of visit modes,among which the multi-media-assisted preoperative visit is still in the stage of exploration and development.How to rationally use new media information resources and provide efficient tools for preoperative visit staff still needs further study.
