摘　　要：目的分析成都市第三人民医院眼科门急诊处方的不合理用药情况,旨在为优化处方前置审核规则提供依据。方法利用处方审核系统筛选出2019年4月至11月的成都市第三人民医院眼科门急诊用药不合理处方共1717条,并采用帕累托图法对结果进行分析。结果造成处方不合理的主要因素为给药途径不适宜,次要因素为超适应症。应当根据具体药物对处方前置审核的规则进行优化。结论根据造成用药不合理处方的因素,有针对性的进行药学干预,可以提高处方合理使用率,保障患者的用药安全。Objective To analyze the irrational prescription in Ophthalmic Outpatient and Emergency Department in the Third People′s Hospital of Chengdu City,so as to provide the basis for optimizing prescription pre-review rules.Methods The prescription review system was used to screen out a total of 1717 irrational prescriptions in Ophthalmic Outpatient and Emergency Department in the Third People′s Hospital of Chengdu City from April to November 2019,and the results were analyzed by Pareto diagram.Results The main factor causing irrational prescription was the unsuitable route of administration,and the secondary factor was off-label.The rules for prescription pre-review should be optimized for specific drugs.Conclusion According to the analysis of the factors causing irrational prescription,pharmaceutical intervention should be targeted to improve the rational utilization rate of prescription and ensure the security use of drugs for patients.
